Logistics Support

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and documentation support related to supplies, equipment, and medical material intended for response to biological, chemical, or radiological incidents.
• Support Government-led quality assurance and quality control activities by compiling data, conducting directed inspections, and preparing written observations for Government review.
• Provide analytical and documentation support related to planning, provisioning requirements, acquisition tracking, distribution documentation, and accountability records for medical materials.
• Conduct site assessments as directed by Government personnel and prepare written reports identifying logistical considerations and potential limitations associated with fielding activities.
• Provide logistical support services associated with deployment and distribution of supplies and equipment in accordance with Government direction or instructions (SOPs, regulatory).
• Provide technical supply support and documentation assistance necessary to support ongoing project activities.
• Process and maintain automated records associated with storage, issue, QA/QC documentation, Shelf life Extension Program (SLEP) tracking, and disposal documentation.
• Provide monitoring support related to alerts from remote monitoring devices 24/7/365 nationwide and notify designated Government officials of identified issues. The Contractor must not independently initiate corrective actions without Government direction.
• Perform basic telecommunications system checks, as directed or defined in SOPs, manuals, procedures, and coordinate with designated technical experts for troubleshooting support.
• Conduct visual inspections of temperature monitoring equipment and document findings for Government review.
• Utilize appropriate testing equipment (e.g., analog phone line test sets, calibrated thermometers) to support documentation requirements related to regulatory standards, including cGMP, as directed by Government personnel (COR, CO or through Contractor PM).
• Provide coordination and documentation support related to Drop Ship (DS) and Drop Ship with Personnel (DSP) activities.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent + 7 years' related experience

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience supporting supply chain operations system
• Required to be on-call 24 hours/7 days a week. Must be able to respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes with a recall of 90 minutes to report to designated location. Must carry a cell phone at all times.
• Must have the ability to handle requests from multiple groups/organizations.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and scope with occasional periods of stress when dealing with critical situations.
• Possesses excellent English language skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrates strong customer relations capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction with SNS services.
• Experience working in a call center environment where teamwork was an essential element of service delivery.
