Renewals & Retention Specialist - Inside Sales

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking an Inside Sales Retention Representative in Columbus, OH to retain and grow existing customer accounts through proactive outreach, effective negotiation, and thoughtful account management. You will manage renewals, pricing changes, and escalated issues while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to protect revenue and margins.
