Thrift Store AssociateThe Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. As a Thrift Store Associate in one of our Thrift Stores, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth by selling donated items; the profits of which go to fund our programs and services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.Must haves:Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customersAbility to work weekendsOur Thrift Store Associate:Represent the Idaho Youth RanchOperate cash registers and credit/check processing equipmentSort, clean, price and stock donated merchandiseOperate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipmentAs a 501(c)(3) non-profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
