Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $55.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Float as needed to ED (not just ICU holds), Stepdown, Med-Surg with modified assignment, and possibly Behavioral Health.
• May be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of ICU experience required (if closer to 2 years, candidate must be a strong, self-starter with experience in a variety of care and ability to work independently and quickly).
• CVICU experience strongly preferred — please note on submission if candidate has CVICU experience.
• Proficiency with equipment: balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun or TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infuser.
• Willingness and ability to float to ED (not just ICU holds), Stepdown, Med-Surg with modified assignment, and possibly Behavioral Health.
• Will not accept first-time travelers.

Preferred Skills

• Cerner EMR experience preferred (not required).

Education Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN License required at time of submission.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• NH State License required.
• Preferred certifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN.

Required Experience

• 2–3 years of ICU experience required.
• Experience in a variety of care settings with ability to work independently and quickly.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Floating required to ED (not just ICU holds), Stepdown, Med-Surg with modified assignment, and possibly Behavioral Health.
• May be requested to float between Concord Hospital-Laconia and Concord Hospital-Franklin.

• Submission must include: up-to-date resume with 2–3 years of ICU experience noted, 2 recent specialty Charge/Manager RN references, RN Skills Checklist matching specialty, driver's license with address matching demographics, active NH or Compact RN license, and license verification.
• RTO must be included at time of submission.
