Compensation

$20 - $21.50 starting based on experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest room is spotless and welcoming, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
• Restock supplies and amenities promptly, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately, contributing to a safe environment for everyone.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline housekeeping processes, enhancing our service efficiency.
• Uphold our high standards by following cleaning protocols and procedures consistently.
• Assist with laundry duties, ensuring fresh linens are always available for guest use.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or a similar role, ensuring spaces are clean and inviting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to enhance service efficiency.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards by following cleaning protocols consistently.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring guest rooms and common areas are spotless and welcoming.
• Ability to restock supplies and amenities promptly, ensuring guest comfort.
• Experience in identifying and reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Ability to assist with laundry duties, ensuring fresh linens are always available for guests.

About Stilwell Hotel and Tradewinds Carmel

Stilwell Hotel is a newly renovated property within Carmel by-the-Sea. Brand new renovated rooms and grounds, and a re-imagined approach to hospitality, makes this property unique in Carmel. Tradewinds Carmel is a well established hotel in Carmel by-the-Sea with a relaxed and tranquil setting, with long standing repeat guests, who visit year after year. For both hotels we are looking for a highly motivated team, attentive to details, and genuinely interested in providing the best service to our guests.
