This facility holds a 4.9-star Google rating, outstanding Press-Ganey ratings, and operates a low-volume Level 4 ER (~30 visits/month), allowing post-op nurses to deliver targeted, individualized recovery care. This facility holds a 4.9-star Google rating, outstanding Press-Ganey ratings, and operates a low-volume Level 4 ER (~30 visits/month), allowing post-op nurses to deliver targeted, individualized recovery care. Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
- Deliver post-anesthesia care to surgical patients transitioning through Phase 1 and Phase 2 recovery.
- Monitor airway management, hemodynamic status, vital signs, and surgical site integrity.
- Manage acute post-operative pain, nausea, and sedation levels under physician protocols.
- Provide detailed post-op education and discharge planning to patients and family members.
- Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PACU, ICU, or high-acuity surgical recovery settings.
- Target Pay: $40.00 - $46.00 / hour.
- Strict Care Ratios: Focused 1:1 to 1:2 post-anesthesia recovery ratios.
- Incentives: Hiring bonus possible; Relocation bonus up to $5,000; Referral bonus up to $500.
