Sales Manager (Appliance Retail) – Full-Time | Base ++

About the Role

East Coast Appliance is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our retail sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet and exceed revenue goals
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a high-quality in-store experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom
Train team members to build strong product knowledge and selling skills
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvementCompensation & Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential)- $55k+
Paid bi-weekly
Paid training and onboarding

Schedule
Full-time (5 days/week)
Flexible schedule required
Weekends and holidays required
