Location: Peoria, IL
Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing
Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details)
Contract Duration: 2 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

About the Position

  • Requirements: Board Certified Pediatric General Surgery, Open to license the right candidate, PALS, 
  • Schedule: Approximately 1 weekend per month (3-4 days). Thursday evening (night call) through Monday morning (24-hour call coverage)

  • Perform the full scope of Pediatric General Surgery procedures
  • Work alongside 4 other Pediatric General Surgeons who provide collaborative support
  • ECMO-certified center
  • Level I Trauma Center
  • Level III NICU
  • Projected annual surgical volume of 1,100+ pediatric cases
  • Dedicated Inpatient Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) provide
  • daytime inpatient support
  • Dedicated Outpatient APN assists with clinic coverage
