The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our property, preparing units for new residents, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, lobbies, and exterior grounds.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents by performing cleaning, minor repairs, and inspections.
- Assist with moving furniture and appliances as needed during unit make ready processes.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure trash and debris are properly disposed of and recycling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
- Respond promptly to resident requests related to cleanliness and unit readiness.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
