Data Modeling & Optimization : Develop and optimize data workflows and models within Amazon Redshift to transform legacy systems into scalable, modern solutions. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into tailored BI solutions that align with organizational goals. Data Integration & Preparation : Connect cloud data warehouses and prepare data sets to support comprehensive analysis and reporting. Quality Assurance : Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of BI deliverables through rigorous testing and adherence to data quality standards. Leadership Opportunity : Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence tools , with hands-on experience in Amazon QuickSight , Power BI , and/or Tableau . Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for large-scale data projects. Familiarity with Amazon Redshift and ETL processes to support BI initiatives. Knowledge of Cognos Analytics is a significant plus. Strong understanding of data warehousing and data preparation workflows. Previous experience in financial services or consulting is highly desirable.
