Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Quality and Patient Safety team in the role of Infection Preventionist- Senior./ppAs a key leader within our healthcare system, you will direct facility-based multidisciplinary teams in executing targeted infection surveillance and managing comprehensive outbreak investigations for both patients and personnel. This role demands a proactive approach to risk mitigation, where you will not only recommend and educate on preventative measures but also co-lead system-level initiatives to elevate infection prevention standards across the organization. You will serve as a vital subject matter expert, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and accrediting agency requirements while mentoring less experienced colleagues and onboarding new Infection Preventionists.
