What You'll Do Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers. Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
