Master Social Worker — PBIS & ILST for Community Living
PRIORITY CARES HOME SERVICES
PRIORITY CARES HOME SERVICES in New York City is hiring a compassionate Master Social Worker (MSW) to provide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) alongside Independent Living Skills Training (ILST). This position is focused on supporting individuals with disabilities and traumatic brain injuries in developing and implementing person-centered behavioral plans. The MSW will conduct assessments, implement tailored behavioral strategies, and maintain required documentation for compliance.
