(S) Sales Assistant

Overview:

• Processes sales data, prepares correspondence, generates sales progress reports, sales commission reports, routine reports on market trends, and other routine sales related records and reports.
• Assists sales staff with other clerical and administrative support.

Typical Functions:

• Operates computer and appropriate software.
• Proofreads records or forms.
• Maintains related sales files and office records.
• Answers telephone, conveys messages, and performs miscellaneous duties.
• May answer routine questions about products, services, and order status.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
