Your responsibilities will include:\n \n Implementing nursing care plans based on assessment and diagnosis.\n Educating patients and their significant others regarding health conditions and treatment plans.\n Documenting all patient care activities accurately in the medical records.\n Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.\n Shift Notes\n This position requires a commitment to work 12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.Weekend Requirements\n The weekend schedule will be determined by the facility.On Call Requirements\n The on-call schedule will be determined by the facility.Qualifications\n \n At least 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.\n Recent acute care hospital experience within the last 2 years.\n Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS.\n Oregon state nursing license (active licensure not required at the time of submission, but must be obtained promptly).\n Certifications\n Candidates must obtain the following certifications:\n \n TNCC\n BLS (AHA)\n ACLS (AHA)\n PALS (AHA)\n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #37874862.
