Job Title

Travel: CT Tech Radiology - Nights 4x10

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 4x10 (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday – Thursday) | Onsite | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 13-Week Assignment | Weekend hours required every weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic CT scans for interpretation by radiologists and/or performing physicians across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room settings
• Assist radiologists in the performance of special CT procedures including biopsy, ablation, myelography, arthrography, and other interventional procedures
• Deliver patient care essential to all CT procedures throughout the imaging process
• Apply and uphold principles of radiation safety at all times
• Organize the daily schedule and serve as a dedicated resource to the CT team during the assigned shift
• Float to other areas as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active CT Registry certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum of 3 years of CT technologist experience
• Flu vaccination (or facility-approved exemption) required for assignments running November 1 through April 1
• Must be available for a full week of day-shift orientation prior to beginning night shift

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience operating GE imaging equipment
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
