Hourly Part Time/Full Time Sales position that is responsible for all aspects of customer service, store merchandising, and store maintenance. Qualified applicant should be able to work a variety of shifts with an emphasis on nights and weekends. Full time associates are eligible for a full benefit package including medical, dental, life, 401K retirement saving plan, flexible schedules, voluntary benefits, employee discounts and tuition reimbursement. Applicants should be comfortable with working solo shifts without supervision. Applicants should be prompt and ready to work all scheduled shifts. All applicants should be neat and tidy in appearance while being well groomed. We currently have openings for PT/FT sales associates at our location in Indianapolis, IN. Interested applicants must have previous retail sales experience, high school diploma or equivalent, flexible availability. Additionally, strong communication skills, experience with computers, excellent customer service are desired. Must be available nights and weekends. We offer a competitive base pay with additional commission, excellent opportunity for advancement, and an exciting work environment.

Pay Includes: Base pay + commission. BASE PAY: $10.00 an hour (Commissions could be an additional $7.00-$9.00 an hour depending on sales). Interested applicants must be at least 18 years or older, and to ensure our clients the best service a background check is required.

Availability: Applicants will be hired and scheduled based on availability presented in the interview. In the event that the applicants availability changes, every effort to accommodate will be made but it is probable that the applicants status would change.

• Qualified candidates should have earned a high school diploma or GED. Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is ideal

Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements:

• Frequent Speaking in order to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly and professionally.
• Able to hear average or normal conversations in order to receive ordinary information.
• Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to be able to operate machinery and inspect both documents and products.
• Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Be able to stand 4-8 hours without sitting.
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
