Highlights Pay: $145,000-$168,000/Annual Location: New York, NY Facility: NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center Schedule: Full-Time, Mid-Shift (12PM-8PM) What You'll Do Manage patient care delivery in the Endoscopy suites. Serve as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders. Facilitate efficient daily operations related to patient throughput. Promote a culture of safety and quality by ensuring compliance with standards. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on unit goals and alignment with hospital strategy. Monitor staff for compliance with regulatory and hospital requirements.
