Estimated pay package based on bill rate at time job was posted. Bill rates can change frequently and without notice. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. A hospital in Arizona is looking for experienced Tele nurses for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license or compact. Common diagnosis/Types of patients: Neuro overflow, CVAs, trauma, general surgery. COVID vaccine is required, or religious or medical declination form (with appropriate supporting documentation from clergy or M.D.). Travelers must take and pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start (2 max attempts). There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation (study guides will be provided with first day instructions. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
