We are expanding our staff of MAI-designated and Certified General appraisers. Our office conducts appraisals in and around the Upstate of South Carolina, Midlands SC, and Western North Carolina. Our appraisers provide professional commercial real estate appraisal services for various real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, vacant land, and special use properties. Clients include lending institutions, attorneys, developers, accounting firms, and government agencies.
