LVN/LPNDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: 3980 State School Road, Denton, TX 76210Pay Rate: $41.00/Hourly on W2.Shifts: 6:00AM – 2:00 P.M. (4) / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2)Note: Sunday – Saturday - Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.Department: Medical Services-Denton State Supported Living CenterSubmission Packets should include:Resume’ or work experienceTwo complete references from two different places of employment by supervisor of the nurseA NURSYS report showing any licenses held (must be current)Skills checklistShift preference (6/2 or 2/10)Responsibilities:Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.Perform computer data entry – Receive full trainingLicensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN)1 year, but preferably 2+ years as a direct care nurseCompetent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.
