Senior Operations Manager

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Operations Manager will ensure the reliability, speed, and security of complex technology systems while providing world-class technical support and operational solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Supervise and develop team members, conducting performance evaluations and overseeing recruitment Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to meet departmental deadlines Manage vendor relationships, including contract approvals and risk assessments, while ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education Experience in staffing, training, and performance management Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets Ability to manage sensitive information and handle complex problem-solving Proven experience in evaluating and implementing strategic technological solutions
