What You'll Need:

• Active BCBA, Special Education Teacher, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials

• Flexibility, compassion, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral interventions to 1st grade students
• Collaborate closely with administrative staff and other educational professionals
• Develop, implement, and adjust IEPs and behavioral plans
• Build positive relationships with students, supporting social and academic growth
• Document progress, challenges, and successes as part of a supportive team
