Pay Range: 86,000-90,000 USD

Department: Maintenance

Reports to: Maintenance HOD

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (Rotation with current 1st shift) (Rotating weekends and overtime may be required) (Schedule is subject to change based on production requirements)

Location: Onsite, Ellabell, GA 31308 (Must have the ability to commute within the neighboring facilities for meetings, events, etc.)

 

Responsibilities for a Automated Equipment Maintenance & Operations AM :

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of trailer and conveyor equipment system.
• Record and manage maintenance history and inspection results
• Communicate with external maintenance vendors and parts suppliers
• Respond to trailer and conveyor equipment system breakdowns with emergency repair coordination
• Inspect and document trailer and conveyor equipment system condition during trailer check-in/out
• Support compliance with relevant regulations and safety management
• Other duties as necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for a Automated Equipment Maintenance & Operations AM :

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
• 5-8 Years of Direct job experience
• Experience in commercial trailer and conveyor equipment system maintenance or operations
• Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or equivalent)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Must be fluent in both English and Korean with at least a business-level proficiency

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for a Automated Equipment Maintenance & Operations AM :

• A college degree in Transportation or Logistics with emphasis in the supply and or transportation management area or in lieu of a degree, the candidate must have extensive work experience
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience in operations, logistics, or similar role
• Ability to take initiative and think strategically
• Flexible and open to change

 

This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop computer and cell phone. The employee is generally required to spend long periods of time sitting, typing, and working at a computer. May require the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and transport items. The estimated base salary range for the Automated Equipment Maintenance & Operations AM is $86,000-$90,000.  The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

About GLOVIS EV Logistics America LLC GLOVIS EV Logistics America, is an integrated logistics company located in Savannah, Georgia. We provide Tier 1 logistic, warehousing and inventory services to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA). GLOVIS EV Logistics America was established on October 6, 2022.
