Location: Sparks, NV Pay: $22–$24+/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $12/hr base ) Job Type: Full-Time Are you interested in getting into sales, but do not know where to start? At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, we train people from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced, active environment. Our customers already called us because they need help solving a problem. Your job is to build trust, create a great experience, confidently price the job, and close the sale on-site. You will learn how to communicate with customers, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and deliver excellent service, all while staying active and working with a high-energy team. No cold calling. No sitting behind a desk all day. No chasing leads. Just real conversations with real customers who know they need what we offer. What You’ll Do: Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales Build trust with customers through strong communication and professionalism Remove unwanted items from homes and businesses Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes Deliver WOW-level customer service on every job Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items throughout the day Keep trucks clean, organized, and professional Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and professionalism This is a great introduction to sales because our sales process is different: Our customers already reached out to us because they have a problem they want solved. They know they are spending money. Your job is to guide the conversation, create value, and help them feel confident choosing us. Requirements: Must be 21+ years old Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly Weekend availability required Reliable transportation Team-oriented attitude No junk removal experience needed. We train you.
