Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operators to join our dynamic team in Holly, MI. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining roller machines to produce high-quality products. If you have a passion for manufacturing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Operate roller machines to produce products according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal output.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

- Metal Stamping & Forming (Progressive Die)
- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
- Excellent Communication Skills
