We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our growing organization and help connect compassionate professionals to meaningful careers across our campuses and service lines in Hamilton, Dayton and Mason. In this role, you’ll act as a brand ambassador for Community First Solutions — sourcing, engaging, and hiring talented individuals who are driven to make a difference. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop creative sourcing strategies, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an exceptional hiring experience from start to finish. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where relationship-building, problem-solving, and a genuine passion for people come together to drive organizational success. Why You'll Love Us Mission Driven Culture – At Community First, people come first — always. Our mission is to serve with excellence and care, helping others to live their best lives. Purpose with Impact – Your work directly connects people to careers that matter, helping us build stronger teams and better serve our community. Collaboration & Support – We believe the best results come from working together. You’ll partner with leaders across all departments and be supported by a team that shares your commitment to excellence. Career Growth Opportunities – We invest in our people. Whether you’re developing your recruitment expertise or exploring leadership pathways, you’ll have access to mentorship, professional development, and tuition reimbursement to help you grow. Perks You’ll Enjoy – On-site fitness centers, employee recognition programs and a supportive culture that values innovation and excellence. Why We'll Love You You are a self-starter who takes initiative, stays motivated, and consistently drives results without needing close supervision. You demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, finding creative solutions to complex recruiting challenges. You are highly adaptable and flexible, adjusting quickly to changing priorities, evolving hiring needs, and dynamic work environments. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building trust with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues alike. You thrive in a fast-paced, self-driven environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus and attention to detail. You are strategic and resourceful, balancing immediate hiring needs with long-term talent planning. You have a growth mindset, seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and contribute beyond your immediate responsibilities. You have experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System. You lead with accountability, transparency, and follow-through, ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values. If you're ready to bring your recruiting skills to a mission that truly matters, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and help us build a workforce that cares! Responsibilities Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites. Manage a recruit pipeline of both active and passive candidates. Keep candidates engaged through the process through timely communication to both the candidates and the hiring manager. Work to build that pipeline for both active postings due to attrition as well as future postings anticipated for growth. Develop varied methods of recruitment to provide a diverse candidate pool. Utilize proprietary software for establishing candidate searches, executing mobile and email campaigning to talent communities. Responsible for making verbal and written job offer. This position works closely with the hiring Director on any negotiations and/or counter-offers. Cultivate relationships with schools, technical programs, community organizations, and other recruiting sources. Participate in job fairs and other hiring events as necessary to maintain a regular school presence. Work closely with the Marketing team to create and support recruiting and/or employment “brand.” Work collaboratively to create employment-specific campaigns both in print, electronic, and social media. Identify difficulties with searches, communicate proactively, and research solutions by collaborating with Sr. Management to resolve barriers to hiring. Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to management. Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc.). Effectively communicate with candidates via phone, email, or video. Ability to support multiple open positions at one time. Assist with administrative tasks. All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or G.E.D, bachelor’s degree preferred.
