About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Architect to lead its enterprise architecture function, with a focus on the integration of technology, clinical informatics, data, and AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the company's enterprise architecture strategy, establishing practical architecture principles, and guiding significant technology decisions. This role involves shaping the technology ecosystem, aligning various architectural aspects, and advancing the company's knowledge graph as a foundational capability for AI and next-generation products. The Chief Architect will also be instrumental in defining scalable architecture patterns for AI-enabled products, working on technical innovation, and leading the enterprise architecture team in a hands-on, partnership-oriented manner. Applicants for the Chief Architect position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in software, platform, data, informatics, or enterprise architecture, with a proven track record in complex, enterprise-scale systems. The role requires deep expertise in modern cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, security, and software delivery, as well as practical experience in designing AI and machine learning capabilities. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to connect business and product strategy to technology decisions are essential. While not mandatory, experience in healthcare technology, clinical informatics, and related areas is preferred, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning. The Chief Architect will be expected to represent the company's technical capabilities in strategic engagements and ensure that architecture is a trusted partner that enhances decision-making and accelerates delivery.
