i3 Broadband is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician for the Greater St. Louis region (St Peters, MO). The role supports monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response across voice, data, and application services. Two shifts are available (Mon-Fri 10pm-7am). A strong technical foundation in network operations and customer-focused communication are essential.
