Multi-Site Community Manager

Richmark Property Management

Richmark Property Management seeks a Multi-Site Community Manager to oversee a small portfolio of residential properties in the Denver area. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day operations across multiple communities, including leasing and renewals, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination. You’ll monitor budgets, occupancy, and property condition, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company standards. Working closely with a responsive, service-driven team, you’ll mentor onsite staff and help deliver excellent experiences for residents and owners.
