Experienced Insurance Sales Agent - Earn $150K+

The Jamison Agency is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, in-office sales agent to join our Georgetown team.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance policies to new and existing customers
• Create a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Explain coverage options and sell based on value, not just price
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly goals
• Build long-term client relationships through trust and service
• Be a strong part of a team that works together to grow

Requirements

• Active Texas PC license (or willing to become licensed in Texas)
• Previous insurance sales experience required — no entry-level or unlicensed candidates
• Ability to multitask, follow up, and follow through
• Confident and motivated personality
• Intermediate computer skills
