Lead Consultant - Coupa

We are seeking an experienced  Lead Consultant – Coupa with 10+ years of experience in procurement technologies and strong expertise in  Coupa . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Coupa implementations, configuration, integration, and consulting, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and Coupa modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to  Coupa implementation and consulting projects .
• Analyze business requirements and define appropriate Coupa-based solutions.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand procurement business processes and pain points.
• Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy Coupa solutions.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams.
• Lead solution discussions and refine proposed solutions based on client requirements.
• Support project planning, scope definition, deliverables, and implementation activities.
• Provide guidance on project processes, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and training.
• Contribute to proposal development and pre-sales activities when required.
• Support internal capability building and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes through Coupa capabilities.
• Collaborate with integration, technical, functional, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide support during testing, deployment, and production implementation.
• Mentor team members and provide expertise on Coupa functionality and procurement technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in procurement technologies .
• Strong experience with  Coupa .
• Experience with procurement platforms such as  SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP , or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with Coupa implementation, configuration, and solution design.
• Excellent client-facing and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and provide technical/functional direction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Mandatory Coupa Certification

At least one Coupa certification is mandatory.

Preferred/required certification areas include:

• Coupa Platform
• CSO – Coupa Sourcing
• CLM – Contract Lifecycle Management
• CLMA – Contract Lifecycle Management Advanced
• CI – Coupa Invoicing / Coupa-related integration capabilities
