Exciting Opportunity for an RN in the GI/Endo Lab Job Description: - Position Type: Contract RN for GI/Endo Lab - Duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 7A - 3:30P - Call Requirement: Required, alternating weekends Unit Information: - Location: Endoscopy Lab - Number of Beds: 2 - Staffing: - 1 FT RN - 1 PT RN - 1 PRN RN (on orientation) - 1 FT tech (traveler) - 2 PT techs - Patient Ratios: 1:1 - Equipment Used: Olympus scopes, Medivator, Scope Buddy 2 - EMR: Meditech What We're Looking For: - Must Have Skills: - Experience in EGD, Colonoscopy, and ERCP Procedures - Ability to perform moderate sedation with another RN - Preferred Skills: - Experience with Bronchoscopy and EBUS - Additional skills in thoracentesis and pleur-X placement are a plus - Personality Fit: - Enthusiastic team player - Compassionate patient care provider - Required Certifications: - ACLS Dress Code: - Scrub Color/Attire: Ceal Blue (hospital scrubs allowed) On-Call and Weekend Details: - Call 2-3 days a week - Call every 3rd weekend Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
