Role: Technical Program Manager Experience Level: 10+ years Employment type: Full Time Responsibilities Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead our AI Governance initiatives. This role is critical for ensuring our enterprise-grade Agentic AI projects are developed and deployed responsibly, with robust systems for continuous evaluation, monitoring, and observability. What you will do: AI Governance & Strategy: Define and drive the program roadmap for AI Governance, establishing frameworks and best practices for responsible AI, continuous evaluation, and monitoring specifically for enterprise-scale Agentic AI systems. Program Execution: Lead production-grade enterprise Agentic AI projects from conception to launch, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and proactive risk mitigation across globally distributed teams. Agent Monitoring & Evaluation: Implement and manage systems for Agent Monitoring & Observability and Agentic Evaluations. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure AI solutions are performing safely, ethically, and effectively. Continuous Improvement: Champion and manage the "Flywheel approach" to continuously improve AI agent performance through data-driven feedback loops and iterative enhancements. Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for enterprise clients. Manage stakeholder relationships, set clear expectations, and translate complex AI governance concepts into business impact using excellent presentation and storytelling skills. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional, globally distributed (onshore & offshore) teams, including ML engineers, software engineers, and data scientists, to ensure seamless and effective AI execution. Technical Oversight: Guide teams on AI pipeline automation, MLOps/LLOps best practices, and CI/CD for ML models. Oversee model deployment on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization. Agile & Reporting: Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain clear technical documentation, backlogs, and sprint reports using tools like Jira. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, production-grade enterprise AI projects from concept to deployment. AI Governance & Agentic AI: Direct experience in establishing AI Governance frameworks, with hands-on expertise in Agent Monitoring & Observability, and Agentic Evaluations. Program & Delivery Management: Strong program management skills with expertise in managing both offshore and onshore delivery teams. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira for tracking and backlog management. Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Exceptional client stakeholder relationship management abilities. World-class presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Generative AI Expertise: Experience with Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning, LLM optimization, inference optimization, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Technical & Cloud Proficiency: Strong understanding of MLOps/LLOps concepts, AI/ML infrastructure (training & inference), and cloud platforms, specifically GCP & AWS. Execution & Planning: Experience leveraging AI tools for program planning and execution to enhance efficiency. Other Qualifications Prior experience in establishing an AI Center of Excellence (CoE). Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for AI/ML projects.
