Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Home Health

Job Description Calling all COTAs! We’re seeking passionate and outgoing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to help serve children and young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD), in a Home-Health setting. Whether you're looking to add a couple kiddos to supplement your current income or trying to generate a full-time caseload, we want you @ Imagine Care! You tell us the days/times you have availability, and your desired coverage area, then we tailor the search to fit your parameters. Compensation and Bonuses

• 65-$75 per hour/visit (higher rate for Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3). Pay rate for Base and Tiers varies by geographical location and areas being served
• 1500 bonus once your caseload has reached 10 kiddos!

Application requirements Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Must be currently licensed (or working on obtaining license) as an OT or COTA in the State of Arizona One year experience is preferred, but not required Imagine the perks! We’ll cover the cost of your CE classes! Flexible schedule! We will work around your current schedule, and only match you with kiddos that fit your geographical area and availability. Ability to grow your caseload to your desired size/level. Tell us when you're ready for more kiddos, and when your caseload is sufficient for your lifestyle; we'll tailor it for you! The job location shown in this posting is that of our Main Office; all of the work performed in this position will be in a Home-Health Setting, thus, you will be meeting the families and kiddos at their actual residences.
