Work Arrangement: Onsite Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SI/PI & EMI/EMC Simulation Engineer with strong expertise in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, EMI/EMC simulation, and high-speed PCB design . The engineer will support PCB design reviews, simulation-driven optimization, electromagnetic modeling, and development of electrical design best practices for high-speed electronic systems.

• Perform Signal Integrity (SI) simulations for high-speed interfaces, including transmission-line behavior, impedance control, insertion/return loss, crosstalk, timing margins, and signal quality.
• Conduct Power Integrity (PI) and Power Delivery Network (PDN) simulations to evaluate target impedance, voltage ripple, resonance, and decoupling effectiveness.
• Model and characterize vias, connectors, packages, capacitors, breakouts, and other interconnect discontinuities .
• Review schematics and PCB layouts and provide recommendations for component placement, routing topology, return-current paths, grounding, stack-up, and manufacturability.
• Perform EMI/EMC simulations and electromagnetic analysis to identify and mitigate emissions and susceptibility risks.
• Evaluate shielding concepts, enclosure designs, and grounding architectures for EMC performance.
• Support high-speed PCB design optimization and simulation-driven troubleshooting.
• Develop PCB design guidelines and best practices for high-speed digital designs, PDNs, and EMI/EMC mitigation.
• Participate in engineering design reviews and provide actionable recommendations to reduce electrical and EMC-related risks.
• Collaborate with electrical, PCB layout, mechanical, and cross-functional engineering teams.

• 7+ years of relevant Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SI, PI, and EMI/EMC simulation .
• Experience with high-speed digital PCB design and analysis .
• Proficiency with one or more industry-standard tools such as:
  • Ansys HFSS
  • Ansys SIwave
  • Cadence
  • CST Studio Suite
  • Altium
  • Equivalent SI/PI/EMC simulation tools
• Strong understanding of:
  • Transmission lines and impedance
  • Insertion loss and return loss
  • Crosstalk
  • Differential pairs
  • High-speed interfaces
  • Power delivery networks
  • Target impedance
  • Voltage ripple and resonance

• Experience reviewing PCB layouts, schematics, stack-ups, and routing topologies .
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience with via, connector, package, and interconnect modeling .
• Experience with complex high-speed PCB designs and differential signaling.
• Experience performing EMC emissions and susceptibility analysis .
• Knowledge of shielding and enclosure optimization .
• Experience developing PCB design guidelines and engineering best practices.
• Experience with manufacturability-focused PCB recommendations.
• Ability to communicate simulation results and provide actionable recommendations during design reviews.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field .
