Job Duties Sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items. Pricing items and putting them on the sales floor. Prioritize safety and follow Agency safety policies. Collaborate with supervisors to meet individual production goals. Minimum Qualifications Possess basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job. Be open to working a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Successfully pass a criminal background check that meets Agency standards. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work is a plus. Prior experience in thrift or used goods processing is a plus. Preferred Attributes Team Player: Works well as a member of a group. Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help.
