Qualifications Knowledge of the game and deep understanding of football fundamentals, safety protocols, and 8-man specific strategies. Coaching experience in a coaching capacity, head coach or coordinator experience preferred. Clear communicator and the ability to effectively relay information to student-athletes, parents, staff, and the community. Well organized and demonstrate the ability to manage practice schedules, equipment, scouting, and administrative duties efficiently.
