Human Resources Coordinator

Overview Are you an HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? We are looking for a proactive, tech‑savvy HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed for someone who wants to take ownership of their work, grow their career, and serve as a cultural pillar for our facility. Key Responsibilities Lead new‑hire orientations, ensuring every team member starts their journey with clarity and enthusiasm. Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies, managing headcount, attendance, and performance for our flexible workforce. Act as a key resource for employees during open enrollment periods, helping them navigate options with patience and clarity. Coordinate all site events, town halls, and employee appreciation initiatives to keep morale high. Handle sensitive employee relations issues with a calm, professional, and approachable demeanor. Maintain impeccable digital and physical records; provide administrative backup and step up as the onsite HR lead when the Manager is out of the office. Handle employee relations in a professional and personable manner. Ensure timecards are accurate and entered into ADP. Handle the paper and electronic filing of confidential paperwork, creating electronic folders as necessary. Assist with event planning. Work with multiple staffing agencies to acquire contingent labor. Perform new hire orientations in a thorough and professional manner. Assist with open enrollment and other HR activities. Utilize Excel on a daily basis. Must have manufacturing/distribution experience. Work in a smoke‑free environment. Skills Human Resources Microsoft Office ADP MS Excel (2 years of experience required) Employee Relations Event Planning Orientations Timekeeping Manufacturing/Logistics Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Compensation & Benefits Salary: $28 – $30 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Education: Associate’s degree Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance offerings, short‑term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
