Construction Project Coordinator

Project ManagerOversees multiple renovation projects from initiation through completion. Partners with all project stakeholders to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.2+ years of experience in a project management environment.Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:Provides sales support initiatives for renovation projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure project success.Serves as a point of contact for all project stakeholders, including field sales, field installation teams, and valued customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or project-related issues.Manages material and labor needs and promptly identifies alternative products while implementing solutions to minimize project disruptions.Collaborates to develop project schedules and manage deliveries.Resolves scheduling conflicts and ensures a smooth project execution.Provides regular updates to project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and relevant changes.Nature and Scope:Problems are typically difficult and/or high impact. Troubleshoots complex support or operational problems for junior level associates.Under limited supervision, independently resolves issues and applies a variety of methods to develop customized solutions. May lead the daily operations of a department or team. Work typically involves infrequent review of output by a supervisor or direct customers of the process.Assists with supervisory duties but does not have hiring/firing authority. Trains, delegates tasks, and reviews the work of junior level associates.Work Environment:Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location and/or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Education and Experience:Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.
