Role Description This full-time Psychotherapist role is based in Ahwatukee, AZ and follows a hybrid work model, combining in-office client sessions with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions; completing intake assessments; developing treatment plans; and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The Psychotherapist will provide evidence-based interventions, coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as appropriate, and support clients in managing a broad range of mental health and relationship concerns. Additional duties may include participating in case consultations, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice, and contributing to a collaborative, client-centered practice culture. Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment. Demonstrated skills in Counseling and Relationship Counseling, with experience supporting diverse client populations. Understanding of Medicine as it relates to mental health, including psychopharmacology basics and interdisciplinary collaboration. Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field. Active, unrestricted Arizona license (e.g., Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or license-eligible status with a clear path to licensure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries. Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care.
