Senior Commercial Counsel - SaaS & AI Contracts

Tekion is seeking a Commercial Counsel to manage end-to-end commercial contracting, negotiating complex SaaS and MSAs from first draft to signature. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to accelerate deals while managing risk. You will advise on a wide range of commercial matters, stay current with SaaS and AI regulations, and support a fast-growth organization with an emphasis on efficiency and scalable processes.
