You'll be the person your teammates look to when the pressure is on – a successful candidate is someone who leads by example, and does the following: Creates a safety culture so strong that every teammate goes home the same way they came in – every shift. Drives the team's growth and development because a stronger team means better outcomes for everyone Takes ownership of the line's performance and helps drive results the whole team is proud of Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications: Previous team lead/supervisory experience Working knowledge of production processes Must be able to work any shift as required, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
