Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Purchasing and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for following

Duties - Ordering of electronic components - Negotiate price with vendors - Create purchase orders and manage PO from inception through delivery - Keep track of orders and deliveries - Expedite PO's - Build relationships with current vendors and establish find new vendors - Sending out email campaigns - Working with Sales team to support administrative duties - Answer phones - Research leads that come in from the websites This position has potential to become an Account Representative position managing your own accounts. Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client and vendor interactions. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. Experience in account management
