Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Family Health - 4 day work week option!

Employment Type Full time Shift Day Shift Description Full time LPN position at St. Peter's Health Partners, located at 2 Empire Drive, East Greenbush. 4 ten‑hour day option. Accurately collect routine patient data per protocols and/or as directed by the clinical supervisor. Consistently recognize high‑risk situations and report them appropriately. Confere with the clinical supervisor routinely concerning the plan of care. Make suggestions as to referrals to other disciplines. Fulfill protocols or clinical guidelines in establishing workflow priorities. Consistently demonstrate acceptable technical skills in providing care. Consistently follow standards of care, established protocols, or clinical guidelines in providing patient care. Consistently follow infection control policies in administering care. Consistently provide patient care in consideration of age‑related requirements. Consistently reinforce patient and family teaching. Administer medications safely in accordance with relevant unit policies and procedures. Demonstrate ability to accurately transcribe physician orders. Demonstrate a working knowledge of computer skills relevant to the care area. Demonstrate initiative and flexibility with assignments. Function as a team member in carrying out assignments. What You Will Need A current license to practice as a Practical Nurse in the State of New York. Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing. High School diploma / GED required. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Pay Range: $23.85–$29.95. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
