Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $300,000 – $375,000 + performance pay up to $15,000

Work-Life Balance
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Call Coverage: First call to on‑call resident; backup home call shared among 3 providers (rare to be called in)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urologic care, including diagnosis and treatment of:
?Urolithiasis
?Voiding dysfunction
?Prostate disorders
?Erectile dysfunction
?Urologic malignancies - Perform outpatient procedures: cystoscopies , prostate biopsies , urodynamic studies
- Participate in tumor boards, committees, and quality assurance programs
- Supervise and teach residents and medical students

Qualifications
- MD/DO degree
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient safety and High-Reliability Organization principles
- Comfortable supervising and teaching learners
