Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $300,000 – $375,000 + performance pay up to $15,000

Work-Life Balance

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Call Coverage: First call to on‑call resident; backup home call shared among 3 providers (rare to be called in)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care, including diagnosis and treatment of:
  ?Urolithiasis
  ?Voiding dysfunction
  ?Prostate disorders
  ?Erectile dysfunction
  ?Urologic malignancies
• Perform outpatient procedures: cystoscopies , prostate biopsies , urodynamic studies
• Participate in tumor boards, committees, and quality assurance programs
• Supervise and teach residents and medical students

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
