Job Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Active Alaska CNA license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 2+ years of CNA experience required
• Medical/Surgical experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical support under the supervision of licensed clinical staff
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, comfort measures, and mobility support
• Obtain and report basic patient observations as directed
• Support safe, efficient workflow on the Medical/Surgical unit
• Respond professionally to patient needs in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital and unit procedures
• Collaborate with the care team to help deliver high-quality patient care
