What You'll Do

As a Sales Assistant, you'll support our Community Sales Managers by creating outstanding experiences for prospective homebuyers and helping keep our communities presentation-ready.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional first impression
• Giving tours of model homes and new home communities
• Assisting prospective buyers with community and floor plan information
• Scheduling appointments for Sales Managers
• Maintaining model home presentation standards
• Supporting sales and administrative processes
• Managing customer information and activity tracking
• Building relationships with local real estate agents and community partners
• Participating in community events, open houses, and outreach activities

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable interacting with the public and building relationships
• Interest in real estate, homebuilding, or sales
• Ability to travel locally throughout Lebanon County and nearby communities
