What You’ll Be Doing Assemble electrical control panels from engineering drawings, schematics, and layouts Follow proven company processes and best practices to deliver high‑quality builds Interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials Complete panel layout work, including enclosure cut‑outs and component mounting Work with a range of tools and materials, including wiring, drilling, and tapping Ensure accurate labelling and identification of components and wiring Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace Deliver professional workmanship on every project Expect variety in your work From detailed assembly to problem‑solving and continuous skill development. What We’re Looking For An understanding of electrical wiring methods and standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Knowledge of wire types, sizes, and colour coding Confidence using tools and working hands‑on Minimum requirements: High School or Trade School diploma (or equivalent) Around 2 years of manufacturing or hands‑on experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Additional Opportunities Travel across the U.S. for project work (with enhanced travel pay) Overtime opportunities, including optional Saturdays What You’ll Get In Return Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Optional Uniforms Standard hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with optional overtime) Why Join BCA?
