Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods. The working environment is typical for a fast‑paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
